At Aria Snacks & Hobbies, all items are final sale.

We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges unless there is a confirmed manufacturer defect, or unless required by applicable consumer protection laws.

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase. By placing an order with Aria Snacks & Hobbies, you agree to the terms of this refund policy.

Final Sale Items

All products sold by Aria Snacks & Hobbies are final sale, including but not limited to:

- Anime collectibles
- Blind boxes
- Calico Critters
- Gunpla and model kits
- Trading cards
- Snacks and consumable products
- Plushies
- Figures
- Preorder items
- Special order items
- Sale or discounted items
- Sealed collectibles

We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, duplicate purchases, unwanted characters from blind boxes, accidental purchases, opened items, or items that no longer fit a customer’s preference.

Refunds and Exchanges

Aria Snacks & Hobbies does not offer refunds or exchanges unless there is a confirmed manufacturer defect.

Items are not eligible for refund or exchange if they have been:

- Opened
- Used
- Assembled
- Altered
- Damaged by the customer
- Tampered with
- Missing packaging, parts, or accessories

To help us review a defect claim, customers may be asked to provide photos, videos, order details, and proof of purchase.

Manufacturer Defects

If your item has a manufacturer defect, please contact us as soon as possible after receiving or picking up your order.

A manufacturer defect generally means an issue caused during production, such as a missing part, broken part inside sealed packaging, or a product fault that was not caused by shipping, handling, assembly, or customer use.

Manufacturer defects do not include:

- Minor paint variations
- Minor box imperfections
- Packaging dents or shelf wear
- Blind box character results
- Personal preference after opening
- Damage caused while opening, building, assembling, or handling the item
- Issues caused by improper use or storage

Depending on the product and situation, Aria Snacks & Hobbies may offer a replacement, exchange, store credit, or refund at our discretion.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us right away at:

Please include:

- Your order number
- Your full name
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos or videos of the product
- Photos of the packaging, shipping box, and packing materials if the item was shipped

For shipped orders, please keep all original packaging and shipping materials until the issue has been reviewed.

We will review the information provided and determine the next steps. If the issue is confirmed to be a manufacturer defect or an error on our part, we will work with you on a suitable solution.

Blind Boxes, Trading Cards, and Sealed Collectibles

Blind boxes, trading cards, and sealed collectibles are final sale.

We cannot offer refunds or exchanges based on:

- Which character, figure, card, or design was received
- Duplicate pulls
- Blind box odds
- Packaging preferences
- Buyer’s remorse
- Opened or unsealed products

Once a blind box, trading card product, or sealed collectible has been opened, it cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a confirmed manufacturer defect.

Snacks and Consumable Products

For health and safety reasons, snacks, drinks, candy, and other consumable products are final sale.

We cannot accept returns or exchanges on food products unless there is a confirmed issue with the product, such as an incorrect item or a manufacturer-related defect.

Please check product details, ingredients, and expiry information before purchasing if you have allergies, dietary restrictions, or specific concerns.

Unshipped Order Cancellations

Customers may request to cancel an order before it has shipped or before a pickup order has been prepared.

Cancellation requests are not guaranteed. If the order has already shipped, been packed, been prepared for pickup, or been picked up, the order is considered final sale unless there is a confirmed manufacturer defect.

For eligible unshipped order cancellations, customers may choose one of the following options:

Store Credit

Customers may choose store credit for the eligible cancellation amount.

Store credit does not have the 5% cancellation/restocking fee unless Aria Snacks & Hobbies decides otherwise.

Cash Refund

Customers may choose a refund back to the original payment method for an eligible unshipped order cancellation.

Cash refunds are subject to a 5% cancellation/restocking fee. This fee helps cover non-refundable transaction costs, payment processing costs, and administrative handling.

Shipping Fees and Return Shipping

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by an error from Aria Snacks & Hobbies or unless required by applicable law.

If a return is approved due to a confirmed manufacturer defect or store error, Aria Snacks & Hobbies will provide instructions for the next steps.

Customers should not send items back without contacting us first. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

In-Store Pickup Orders

In-store pickup is available at:

Pickup orders are considered final sale once they have been prepared for pickup or picked up, unless there is a confirmed manufacturer defect.

Please review your order carefully before completing checkout. If you need to request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible before the order is prepared.

Preorders and Special Orders

Preorder and special order items are final sale.

Preorders help secure incoming products specifically for customers, so cancellations, refunds, or exchanges are not guaranteed.
A cancellation of a preorder will result in a 25% restocking fee along with the 5% cancellation fee on top.
