Preorder Discount

• Preorders receive up to 15% off the final retail price as a special thank-you for your early support.
• The exact discount may vary by product and is automatically applied at checkout.

Cancellations & Returns

• Preorders may be canceled, but are subject to a 25% restocking fee based on the total order value.
• Returns of preorder items will also incur a 25% restocking fee.
• Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.

Shipping & Fulfillment

• Preorder items are shipped once they become available. Estimated delivery timelines will be provided on the product page and in your order confirmation.
• If your order includes both preorder and in-stock items, they may be shipped together when all items are available unless requested.
