Preorder Policy

1. Preorder Discount Eligible preorders receive up to 15% off the final retail price as a thank-you for your early support. The exact discount varies by product and is automatically applied at checkout. Discounts apply only to qualifying preorder items and cannot be combined with other promotions unless stated otherwise.

2. Payment Full payment is collected at the time the preorder is placed unless otherwise specified on the product page. Your preorder is not confirmed until payment has been successfully processed.

3. Cancellations Preorders may be cancelled prior to shipment and are subject to a restocking fee of 25% of the item's purchase price. Any applicable shipping fees are non-refundable. Refunds for cancelled preorders will be issued to the original payment method, less the restocking fee, within a reasonable processing period.

4. Returns Returns of preorder items are subject to the same 25% restocking fee and must comply with our general Return Policy. Items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

5. Shipping & Fulfillment Preorder items ship once they become available from our suppliers. Estimated delivery timelines are listed on the product page and in your order confirmation. These timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed, as release and restock dates are set by manufacturers and distributors and may change without notice.

If your order contains both preorder and in-stock items, all items will ship together once every item is available. If you would prefer to receive your in-stock items sooner, please place them in a separate order or contact us before completing checkout.

6. Delays & Availability Occasionally, a manufacturer may delay or cancel a product release. If a preorder is significantly delayed, we will notify you and provide the option to wait for the revised release date or cancel for a full refund. If a product is cancelled by the manufacturer and becomes unavailable, you will receive a full refund with no restocking fee.

7. Price Adjustments The price charged is the price shown at the time your preorder is placed. We are not responsible for retail price changes that occur after your order is confirmed.
